Two Former Prosecutors Yield Outstanding Results

Tom Blackburn served as a prosecutor in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office for 5½ years. In this capacity, he gained far-reaching trial experience, prosecuting in a wide scope of criminal matters including burglary, robbery, DUI, narcotics, white-collar crime and homicide. As a prosecutor, Tom was appointed Chief of the Juvenile Division. He also worked as Trial Team Captain for one of two narcotics units. As a criminal defense lawyer, Tom’s practice has been focused in Bucks, Lehigh, Northampton and Montgomery Counties, but it has also included Philadelphia, Delaware, and Chester counties.
Peter Hileman is a former Deputy District Attorney in the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office. Serving there, he won more than 30 jury trials. As a prosecutor, he coordinated the office’s trial list and handled a wide range of major felony cases including homicide, rape, armed robbery and narcotics. For the past 20 years, he has led a wide-ranging number of criminal defense cases, including major trials and appeals.
