THE DUTY OWED TO A BUSINESS INVITEE IS THE HIGHEST DUTY OWED TO ANY ENTRANT UPON LAND. THE LANDOWNER IS UNDER AN AFFIRMATIVE DUTY TO PROTECT A BUSINESS INVITEE, LIKE YOU, NOT ONLY AGAINST KNOWN DANGERS BUT ALSO AGAINST THOSE THAT MIGHT BE DISCOVERED WITH REASONABLE CARE.
