Jeremy is an associate of the firm concentrating his practice on all aspects of estate planning, estate administration, Orphans’ Court litigation, as well as business and real estate matters.
As an estate planning attorney, Jeremy understands that an estate plan is more than a set of legal documents. Jeremy assists his estate planning clients by focusing on the client as an individual or family unit, paying specific attention to the client’s family relationships, their goals and desires, and the ultimate legacy that each client endeavors to leave behind. Jeremy works closely with each client to identify their specific goals which range from planning for future generations, asset and wealth preservation, succession planning to secure family businesses, and ensuring health care and end of life wishes are known and honored. Jeremy works with clients to utilize the best estate planning tool for each individual or family from core legal documents such as Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives to more advanced planning tools such as Irrevocable Trusts, Spousal Lifetime Access Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, Charitable Remainder Trusts and private foundations.
Jeremy also assists clients through all phases of estate and trust administration, helping individuals navigate the legal process following the passing of a loved one. Jeremy also represents both fiduciaries and individuals in litigation matters before the Orphans’ Court. Jeremy further assists his clients by providing representation in guardianship matters.
Jeremy enjoys representing business owners from formation of the entity through sale of the business and through every stage and hurdle that arises along the way. Jeremy also counsels individuals and businesses in regard to both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Jeremy is a lifelong resident of Bucks County, Pennsylvania where he currently resides with his wife and daughter.
“Our goals can only be reached through the vehicle of a plan, in which we must fervently believe, and upon which we must vigorously act. There is no other route to success.” – Pablo Picasso
