The firm’s other founder, Pete’s primary areas of practice include personal injury, general civil, criminal and commercial litigation. He has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, and is a Board Certified civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and has obtained successful jury verdicts in State and Federal Courts.

Pete graduated from Villanova University Law School in 1979 (J.D. top 15% of class) and completed his undergraduate work at Allegheny College in 1976 (B.A. cum laude). He was a Deputy District Attorney of Bucks County from 1980 to 1983.

In 2013, Pete’s status with the firm changed to “of counsel.” He now handles select litigation matters and serves as an arbitrator and/or mediator to the legal community. Pete is also currently serving as the Executive Director of Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing legal aid to the poor and disenfranchised of Philadelphia.
