The Practice of Law

After graduating law school, Jeremy joined Drake, Hileman & Davis. Since then he has handled personal injury claims as well as other general civil litigation matters.  These range from dog bites and car accidents, to contract disputes, landlord-tenant matters, and bad faith claims against insurance companies. During this time, Jeremy has successfully presented cases before juries, judges and arbitration panels.  He has practiced law at both the county and federal levels throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In 2014, he accepted a position as a shareholder in the Firm.

Jeremy is also a member of Pennsylvania’s Association for Justice and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.  He is also an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association, where he previously served as the Chair of the Young Lawyer’s Division (2019), Chair of the Bench Bar Conference (2020), and Chair of the Long-Term Strategic Planning Committee (2021). He currently serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer (2022 and 2023). He is also a certified Federal Arbitrator for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Awards and Recognition

In 2018 and 2019, Jeremy received recognition in his legal field when he was named to The National Trial Lawyers – Top 40 Under 40, in consecutive years.  For the last four years (2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023), he has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, a distinction given to less than 2.5% of attorneys in Pennsylvania.  He has also recently received a 9.8 rating from AVVO.

Jeremy enjoys giving back to his community.  He has been a member of the Warminster Rotary Club, and served on the Club’s Board of Directors for 9 years. He remains very active in the Bristol, Warminster, Doylestown and Bedminster areas, where he grew up, works and lives.

Home Life

Most important to Jeremy is his role as a husband and father.  He married his wife, Katharina, in 2010.  Since then, they have welcomed into the world three happy and healthy children:  Wesley (2014), Larissa (2016), and Ella (2018).  The family attends Living Hope Community Church in Dublin, PA.  The family recently moved to a 15-acre farm where they raise chickens, goats and steer.
